The ABC Board is authorized to establish and maintain state stores for the sale of alcoholic beverages in Alabama (Ala. Code 28-3-43 [1975]). This series consists of Daily Merchandise Transfer Reports documenting the transfer of liquor or wine from one store to the other or to the warehouse. Listed are store number, date of transfer, ABC Code, transfer number, the numbers of cases/bottles transferred in or out, and amount of cost. The source document for this series is the Merchandise Transfer Order (Schedule S-54-35).
